3 Days Lake Mburo National Park full adventure
This 3 Days Lake Mburo National Park full adventure tour takes you to one of the Uganda’s finest tourism destinations, Lake Mburo National Park, home to 350 bird species as well as zebra, impala, eland, buffalo, oribi, Defassa waterbuck, leopard, hippo, hyena, topi, and reedbuck. Lake Mburo is magical in its own way with striking sunsets as well as panoramic landscapes diversity that ranges from Savannah vegetation, woodlands, forests, seasonal and permanent swamp hence being a habitat to many wildlife and bird species. Some activities can only be done in Lake Mburo such as nature walks in the park where you come close to the wildlife such as giraffes and horseback riding in the middle of the park.
Day 1: Arrival at Entebbe airport and transfer to Lake Mburo with evening game drive
Upon your arrival in Uganda, you will be welcomed and picked by a Kubwa Five Safaris guide who will be holding an A4 paper with your name printed on it at Entebbe International Airport and be transferred to Lake Mburo National Park. You will have lunch on your way. On arrival to Lake Mburo National Park, you will go for a short game drive.
After the game drive, you will go for the boat cruise; this is one of the most memorable experiences from the park. Over 300 hippos are found in the lake. Take pleasure in observing different water birds together with their echoing sweet sounds and animals such as hippos, African crocodiles, waterbucks, buffaloes among others. Then check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Morning Game Drive and Nature Walk in the park
You will go for a morning game drive after breakfast. Witness different mammal species like the climbing lions, zebras that are in abundant among other animals.
You will head back to your hotel for lunch and later in the evening engage in some nature walk around the park. You will encounter wildlife at a close range and this experience is safe as you do it in the presence of game ranger.
Day 3: Biking and Horse Riding Safari and transfer to Kampala with Equator Stopover
Have an early breakfast, head out for the morning tour of the park either on a bicycle safari and/ or horse riding which are both optional and can be paid for at the park. Due to Lake Mburo National Park’s richness in diversity that ranges from Savannah vegetation, woodlands, forests, seasonal and permanent swamp hence being a habitat to many wildlife and bird species.
After engaging in the optional activities in the park, you will start your journey to the airport. On your way, you will have a stopover at the Equator in Masaka, see where this imaginary line divides our planet into two equal hemispheres. Snacks, souvenirs and photographs may be taken here.
